在随机生成的城市中战斗、潜行，一路披荆斩棘。这款游戏就像是《废土之王》遇上《杀出重围》，再加上一点《侠盗猎车手》的无政府主义。Rogue-lite 风格结合模拟经营，然后彻底陷入疯狂。
